A
three-member Board of Trustees governs the SBA:
- Charlie Crist, Governor, as Chairman
- Alex
Sink, Chief Financial Officer, as Treasurer
- Bill McCollum, Attorney General, as Secretary
The Trustees have ultimate authority and
oversight for the SBA’s overall strategy.
The Trustees led the SBA’s
adoption of
Investment Protection Principles in
an effort to protect Florida’s investments.
The Trustees
delegate authority to the Executive Director, who serves at the
discretion
of the Trustees and is responsible
for managing and directing all
administrative,
personnel, budgeting, investment policy and investment
functions.
