Additional information may be requested at the discretion of the SBA. Submitting the Investment Manager Information Form and other documents does not create an obligation on the part of the SBA to respond to a submission, select an Investment Manager or enter into an agreement with a firm.
INSTRUCTIONS: Prospective Investment Managers interested in participating in the process should proceed as follows:
1.Review the SBA Disclosure of the Use of Placement Agents policy. Complete the Placement Agent Certification form as required.
2. Submit information to the relevant consultant(s):
