products. We are committed to the utilization of small business enterprises, including
those owned by minorities. Our goal in negotiating any engagement or
contract is to choose the most qualified firm whose fees we deem fair, competitive,
and reasonable.
Prospective Investment Providers should ensure that their organizational and
performance information is kept up to date with Wilshire Associates (public markets),
Townsend Group (real estate) and Hamilton Lane Advisers (private equity). Information
sent directly to the SBA will be forwarded to the appropriate investment staff and
