IAC Meeting, Tuesday, March 30, 2021, 1:00 pm

Meeting Protocol

1. Please limit webcam participation for this meeting to IAC members, participating SBA staff, and consultants who will be presenting material. All other participants will be limited to audio attendance only to ensure a clear and orderly presentation of the material.
2. Using a headset during online meetings can really go a long way for a clearer conversation!
3. Please keep speaker levels at a decent level.  Loud speakers can cause feedback loops or echoing that makes it difficult for everyone to hear.
4. Please put GoToMeeting or your phone on mute during the meeting.  This will minimize background noise and echoing, and will make things easier for   everyone to hear.
5. Please do not place the call on hold, as the rest of us will/may hear hold music, etc.  If you have to step away, just hang up and dial back in later.
6. If would like to ask a question, please pose your question in the Chat function of the GoToMeeting application to John Kuczwanski PRIOR TO THE END OF THE MEETING.  John will facilitate questions during the audience comments portion of the meeting.
   • When asking a question to the IAC members, please say your name when you begin speaking so the court reporter knows who is talking.
